You will be responsible for bench formulating, testing prototypes, and presenting finding to a broad range of stakeholders. You will be responsible for conducting independent research and investigating new ideas, understanding relevant technical and patent literature, and documenting inventions and supporting patent preparation. Qualifications You have 5 years’ experience with the innovation field with a PhD in Chemistry or Masters in Chemistry. You have a proven track record of product formulations development with bench experience. You have the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience – demonstrated record of cross functional communication and results.
